Overall, my overall stay was enjoyable, but the service at times left room for improvement.

Check-in process felt a bit disorganized. not much guidance about where to find things upon arrival. Confusion about valet parking—$25 when a garage nearby only charges $7 left a bad taste, especially since I was billed for valet without using it. Also, the mini bar lacked drink options, which would have spared us a trek to the shop on-site from our fourth-floor room.

Couple's getaway, mostly enjoyable

I traveled with my partner and my sister so I booked a room with a partition and sofa bed for a little more privacy and it did provide that. The ambience was good, trendy and eco friendly it just worked for us, and the breakfast choice was great too.
